Care Instructions

Before installing your Luxxury extensions, we recommend co-washing* them. When co-washing your extensions we recommend using a conditioner rich in moisture. When rinsing the hair after applying conditioner it is best to use cold water, this locks in moisture. Once rinsed proceed to air drying hair and install.

To maintain your hair we recommend using products free of alcohol and sulfates as these items are damaging to hair.

When combing hair start from the bottom and work your way up. We do not recommend detangling dry hair. When using heat be sure to use a heat protectant.

For the Luxxury wavy and curl textures we recommend using a leave in conditioner to keep the hair hydrated and manageable. Never brush/ comb dry curls. To avoid weighing down the hair and tangling do not apply too much of any oil and limit heat.

Keep in mind that heat damages curls and the more heat you use the looser the curl will become with time. Your new BFF is heat-free styling!
*Co-washing is a method of replenishing moisture to the hairs with conditioner.

*Store all custom-made units in a dry place and/or on a wig stand.
*Before detangling your unit, lightly spray your wig with water until damp and detangle with wig brush while on wig stand. Let your unit dry for at least 2 hours after detangling (overnight is the best time to dry).
