SHIPPING POLICY


THE LUXXURY COLLECTION, LLC is committed to providing you the best service possible!  Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment. Our standard shipping will take 5-10 business days to deliver.
We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday. We strongly suggest not booking a hair or lash appointment until you have received your order.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

 

ALL HAIR, WIGS, AND LASHES ARE FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. 
NO returns or exchanges. 


IF you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at theluxxurycollection.com IMMEDIATELY (within 3 business days). If your item is defective we will allow an exchange only. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. For hair, wigs, lashes, and merchandise, the product cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, washed, damaged or processed in anyway. If management decides to take your product back, we will notify you by email. 


Customers are responsible for the return shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. 
We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. 
Please allow 1-2 weeks processing for exchange of your order. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE OR REFUND.


All orders will undergo validation from our Fraud department, to detect and stop any fraudulent orders from being placed from our website. This is an attempt to protect all of our customers and their personal information.
